What is Change Control?

Change control is a term used to define the process of analyzing, accepting, and making changes to a project to ensure their use is of benefit to the final product or service being developed. Change control also deals with change adjustments. The purpose of change control in project management is to ensure that there are no changes made to things in a project that don’t require to be changed.
