What almost none of them capture is the thing that matters: on what basis the work was deferred, what is holding the risk in the meantime, who accepted that, and when the decision gets looked at again. Move a date and the system shows compliant work with a later date. Nothing shows that the asset is now carrying twelve deferrals whose combined risk nobody has assessed together.
