Portal governance

Portal Governance is now available as part of Account Governance. Super Admins and IAM Admins can track how portals are used across the account — who has access, what data is exposed, and when changes were deployed.

• User and role visibility: See members, role assignments, and permission distribution across environments.
• Data exposure tracking: Spot external roles, connected apps, and public forms accessible outside Kissflow.
• Deployment history: Know who deployed what, and when.
