Account governance picks up two additions that tackle account clutter.

Inactivity monitor brings every resource with no recent activity into one view: processes, boards, apps, portals, datasets, lists, and integrations. No more checking each module separately.

Similar processes and Similar boards use AI to group flows that serve the same purpose. Duplicates rarely share a name, so redundancy usually hides. Now it surfaces.

Both are available to Super admins and IAM admins. End users get fewer near-identical flows to choose between.
