Partnership Journey

Warin Loasakul, the CEO and Co-Founder of VBix Innovation, began his journey with Kissflow as a customer in 2016. He was a Project Director for a popular telecom enterprise and was looking to drive digital transformation. 

He evaluated leading platforms in the market and found Kissflow ideal. He said, “Kissflow was on the top list. It was so easy to use and develop solutions to improve processes.” Warin spearheaded a pilot program with 20 users to test the platform's capabilities. He automated a few workflows and found Kissflow’s user experience simple yet powerful. 

He was so impressed with the platform’s capabilities that he proposed and convinced his management to implement Kissflow for another one of his projects, which had 700 users. When he moved to another organization, he implemented Kissflow and quickly scaled from 200 to 2,000 users. 

When Warin decided to move back to his home country, he began looking for opportunities as a consultant. A Kissflow sales executive who knew Warin previously approached him about a potential partnership opportunity. That’s when he founded VBix and transitioned from a customer to a partner in 2019. 

Today, VBix has established an impressive client portfolio with leading Thai brands like SCG, Honda Trading, PTG Energy, Winner Group, and more. VBix has helped build and implement over 700 customer use cases using Kissflow. Some of the key use cases are:

• Retail - Inventory management, personalized customer experience, CRM

• Healthcare - Hospital information system, patient onboarding, scheduling and billing

• Logistics - Supply chain, real-time inventory tracking and dispatch

• Oil and Retail Business - Gas station and outlet opening, ISO, legal processes

When asked to compare developing applications using Kissflow versus traditional app development, Warin said it takes only a couple of weeks to a month to build apps using Kissflow. In contrast, developing the same apps using traditional development takes three to six months. He said he didn’t have to worry about scripting, coding, or managing databases and could instead focus on designing the solutions. 

Warin also highlighted that change management is quick and easy with Kissflow. Unlike other platforms, which incur heavy costs and time, Kissflow supports making changes in under 10 minutes.
