Meysan grew from a single office with 15 employees to multiple offices across different countries. Managing approvals and processes across geographies and time zones became increasingly complex. -

Solution
When Tejas Gajjar, CIO of Meysan Group, joined in 2018, the organization was at an early stage of its growth journey. With a lean IT team of five members managing infrastructure, security, and business applications, the priority was to build a scalable and connected digital foundation.

Initially, Meysan had an internally developed business process system. While it served the purpose, the organization needed a more advanced platform that was user-friendly, app-centric, and capable of handling integrations at scale.
Tejas led the evaluation of multiple solutions.
