SaaS companies see India revenues growing

Despite India’s long-standing role as a global SaaS hub, local enterprise adoption of B2B SaaS solutions has historically lagged. That trend is now shifting, as digitisation becomes critical and AI’s value in boosting productivity and reducing costs becomes clearer. Indian enterprises are increasingly buying and implementing SaaS products, making India a fast-growing market for many firms.
Kissflow, in particular, has seen its India revenue triple year-on-year, with CEO Suresh Sambandam noting a shift toward multi-year, high-value contracts—a sign of the market’s growing maturity. He emphasized that India is now moving from exploratory conversations to actual budget allocations and implementations of enterprise SaaS.
Sales cycles are shortening, AI integration is accelerating adoption across industries, and the Indian market is rapidly evolving—but early-stage AI-native SaaS firms may still face hurdles. Founders agree that while India may not lead in early adoption, it is a fast follower, ready to scale once value is proven.
