Challenges faced

  • Manual processes. Employees had to manually handle operations from travel requests to billing on paper forms. They found it very taxing.

  • Approval delays. Since approval requests were paper-based, the requests got misplaced. This caused approval delays.

  • Poor process visibility. Management and stakeholders had no visibility into the progress of the approval requests because everything was paper-based.

Solution

Before Kissflow, MPT operated manually using pen and paper to manage and process all approval requests. Employees had to physically get approvals from the management and other stakeholders, which was extremely tedious and time-consuming.

Moreover, they could not focus on their projects as they were forced to manage tons of paper, ensuring they didn’t get misplaced.

Being an agile company, MPT soon realized that their old way of working was affecting productivity and causing a lot of unnecessary delays. They quickly searched for a no-code/low-code platform to help automate their operations.
