Manual processes. Employees used emails, forms, and spreadsheets to manage processes. They struggled to track and maintain customer and supplier information.

Solution
Once they implemented Kissflow, Lima Cargo City could track all their processes with real-time updates and communicate them with customers and suppliers via Kissflow. This boosted customer satisfaction.
