Challenges faced

  • Manual processes. Employees used emails, forms, and spreadsheets to manage processes. They struggled to track and maintain customer and supplier information.

  • Information redundancy. Lima Cargo lacked a single source of truth, which caused duplication of information. The information was also prone to errors.

  • Communication gap. Communication with customers and suppliers was delayed since the information was hard to track.

Solution

Once they implemented Kissflow, Lima Cargo City could track all their processes with real-time updates and communicate them with customers and suppliers via Kissflow. This boosted customer satisfaction.
