Kissflow, a low-code platform built for citizen developers aka process owners and developers to create applications, has been recognized as a "Strong Performer" in The Forrester Wave™: Low-Code Platforms For Citizen Developers, Q1 2024. The most significant platforms in the industry were assessed based on 31 criteria. Kissflow received the highest score among all players in the developer experience criteria, a capability stemming from its 'KISS' product philosophy, meaning 'Keep it Smart and Simple.

Notably, Kissflow received a 5/5 in the "Roadmap" criteria and a 4.5/5 in the "Developer experience" criteria in the Forrester evaluation. 

According to the Forrester report, "Kissflow is elegant, intuitive, and process focused" and "its streamlined developer experience for process automation and workflow is superior, and new UX development tools balance flexibility and ease." In a separate 2024 report, The Low-Code And Digital Process Automation Market, 2023 To 2028, Forrester estimates that the combined low-code and digital process automation (DPA) market reached $13.2 billion by the end of 2023, growing 21% since 2019. With the democratization of application and citizen development, in the next five years, the low-code market is expected to grow to approximately $30 billion in 2028.
