Acceptabe Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to You if You subscribe, access to and use of Our Services and/or creates an Account with Kissflow Inc (“Kissflow”, “Our”). By using Our Website/Services, You agree to abide by this Policy. If You do not agree to this Policy, You should immediately cease accessing and using Our Services. 

All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service. 

  1. You agree not to: 
    1.1. license, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Platform available to any third party, other than Users in furtherance of its internal business purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms; 
    1.2. modify, adapt, or hack the Platform or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems or networks; 
    1.3. use the Platform, store or transmit sensitive personal information; 
    1.4. use the Platform to store or transmit Your Data in violation of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to violation of any person’s privacy rights, export control laws/regulations; 
    1.5. access it for purposes of creating derivative works based on, or developing or operating products or services for third parties in competition with the Platform; 
    1.6. use the Platform  to store or transmit any content that infringes upon any person’s intellectual property rights or is unlawful, racist, hateful, abusive, libelous, obscene, or discriminatory; 
    1.7. use the Platform  to knowingly post, transmit, upload, link to, send or store any viruses, malware, trojan horses, time bombs, or any other similar harmful software;  
    1.8. “crawl,” “scrape,” or “spider” any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Platform (through use of manual or automated means); 
    1.9. reverse engineer the Platform in order to: 

    (i) build a competitive product or service; 

    (ii) build  software using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Platform; and 

    (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Platform.

    1.10. leverage the user license provided to the Customer under these Terms to  develop a program for the purpose of deciphering or programmatically accessing the Platform unless prior written consent has been obtained from Kissflow.
    1.11. engage in Platform abuse involving attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities  to gain unauthorized access, manipulate data, or disrupt the Platform's functionality, ultimately leading to a circumvention of the Platform's intended use.
    1.12. use the user license for programmatic invocation mimicking user access like behaviours through frontend screen scraping scripts, headless browser scripts, RPA tools or similar programming techniques. Such access might lead to over use of the Platform and will be considered a violation of these Terms.

You agree to comply with this Policy and Your continued use of Our services constitutes Your acceptance of the terms outlined in the Policy. Any failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of Your Account or access to Our Services.
