How is a user defined?
A user is anyone who has the ability to access the platform.
Is there a cap on the number of apps/processes/boards you can build?
No, you can create an unlimited number of solutions in Kissflow.
Do you have transaction-based pricing available?
Transaction-based pricing is built into our pricing model. Users who take more advantage of the system are put at a different tier than those who access the platform occasionally. This allows us to charge based on the value you get from the platform.
How do I choose the right plan for me?
Refer to the downloadable document which shows the features available for each plan.
What are the customer support options available?
Basic plans include Silver-level support, which gives support 5 days a week for 9 hours a day. Additional support tiers are not available for Basic plans.
Enterprise plans start with Gold-level support, which gives support 5 days a week for 12 hours a day. 24x5 support can be added on for an additional fee.
Do you have a free trial?
A free trial is possible after our Solution Consultant meets with you to understand your needs and requirements. If your situation fits, we can arrange a limited-period free trial.
Does Kissflow offer differential pricing based on user roles?
No, user roles (such as Admins) do not affect the pricing. Pricing is based on usage tier.
How does pricing vary for private cloud hosting?
Kissflow can offer you a dedicated cloud instance of hosting infrastructure (also called a private cluster) that will only host your data. You can choose between Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure. Private clusters have an additional managed service fee.
How are value-added services like implementation and customer success handled by Kissflow?
We have a Professional Services division which can help to create solutions for you on Kissflow. These are typically additional fees added to the licensing costs.
Do you build custom connectors for integrations? If yes how is it priced?
Custom connectors can be built by our Professional Services team. Pricing is based on the scope of the integration requested.
Can I add on one specific Enterprise feature to a Basic plan?
No. If you need an Enterprise feature, you need to be on an Enterprise plan.
