Technical Product Specialist

Work Experience : 3 - 6 years

Job Description

Product presentations and demonstrations.

Should be able to technically qualify and perform fitment assessment of customer’s requirement to the capability of the product.

Provide answers to (technical) questions during customer calls along with Sales team

Deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC)

Provide first-line technical support for product evaluations and POCs

Compare product offering at a technical level with competitive products and prepare comparison reports. 

Build technical relationships with prospects or existing customers. 

Being the vital bridge between Product and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the sales process.

Assist customer, prospect and Sales teams to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment)​

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and logical skills 

Passion for both sales and technology is a must to succeed in this role

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to customers about technical solutions

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Willing to work across shifts
