Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a customer-facing role as a Technical Consultant, Support, Engineer involving engagement with customers (internal/external).
Exposure to code with Java or Python, any Google App Scripting, and knowledge of databases with the ability to construct complex SQL queries is required.
Worked on a wide range of complex projects, assignments, and issues with excellent business domain knowledge.
Exposure to cloud-based technologies.
Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills.
