Social Media Marketer

Job Description

You will be responsible for the social media presence of our brand. Here are some of the activities that will be a part of that.

Schedule posts across platforms

Create engaging content to promote the content hosted on our site

Create unique content to encourage engagement

Engage with the posts of our partners and guests

Start conversations with partners and guests on our channels

Experiment with new options like YouTube or Instagram

Identify new trends and ideas and report on these weekly

Maintain and develop a brand voice in all communication

Keep host up-to-date with posts that require a responses

Own the paid social marketing efforts

Track relevant metrics

Proven experience in distribution.

Required skills

Proficiency in social media scheduling tools

5+ years experience managing a branded accounts in LinkedIn, Twitter, and at least one other platform

Should be able to demonstrate high engagement rates and a growing audience

A personality that is insightful, quick-witted, and attentive

An existing interest in our topic (the future of work)

The ability to adapt to a brand voice that is consistent with our writing
