Sales Development Representative

Job Description


Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn connects and emails

Present our company to prospects

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executive

Report to the Sales Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Stay up-to-date with new products and new pricing plans


Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Experience with CRM software, excel to work on numbers, charts and pivots

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to deliver engaging presentation sent including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars, and seminars.

Desired Experience

2 – 4 Years of Outbound Sales Experience Selling Products

Should have experience selling in International Market ( US / UK / European, etc)
