Product Community Specialist

Work Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job Description

A Community Content Specialist is responsible for all the content and engagement that happens inside the Kissflow Communities. Be the brand voice and represent Kissflow in the community. Build relationships with customers and partners across the world and understand their needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Create posts to share in the community.
    • E.g. use cases, how to’s, best practices, tips and tricks, product walk-throughs
    • Maintain international standards of English grammar and good writing
    • Be able to create your own high-level video screen captures

Promote product features using community interactions.

Promote and engage in community events, product webinars, and conferences.

Report back on trending topics, engagement metrics, etc.

Maintain the content calendar for the communities.

Write stories of product adoption.

Write a partner spotlight series.

Collaborate with various teams (Partners, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Tech writers) to create a two-way stream of feedback and communication.

Requirements

Passionate, personable, creative, and data-driven.

Eager to help build the creation, onboarding, development, and growth of communities.

Empathetic to the challenges of moderation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Experience building, working within, and improving systems.

The ability to write short, crisp, and pointed messages.

A natural tendency towards creating and following processes, but also a quick and willing spirit to make immediate suggestions when required.

The ability to argue a point effectively without damaging relationships.

2-4 years experience as an engagement specialist/community specialist/content writer/technical writer in the software industry
