Partner Enablement Specialist

Work Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job Description

Nurture partners to build pipeline for the first set of customer wins along with partner managers

Complete product training of new partners

Manage geo-specific marketing including developing and executing marketing programs that help achieve joint business goals with partners

Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and fulfills partner needs on an ongoing basis

Maintain CRM discipline. Ensure forecast accuracy by managing a lead sales pipeline

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, localize, maintain and update content such as websites, blogs, case studies, video testimonials, product tutorials, brochures, banners, and more

Own all related marketing metrics to measure the success of the activities

Manage budget with reliability and own ROI

Be a voice for the partner network within & outside the company

Requirements

2 – 4 years of proven software channel sales experience preferably SaaS based solutions

Experience at handling multiple geo’s

Willing to work in a flexible time zone

Possess formal sales experience in initiating Lead/Demand generation strategies that includes Outbound Sales & Marketing Campaigns

Requires an in depth knowledge of SaaS Products to support expansion & growth of the company

Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding quotas
