Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Managing the alignment around technology, process, and data.
Looking after technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM,
integrations) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and
Create and maintain all types of reports and dashboards on marketing/sales activities
Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis
Provide recommendations that enhance future marketing strategies.
Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing
Manage governance and access roles for all the processes and technologies.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of Marketing Ops experience managing operations across marketing
and sales in B2B space.
A clear understanding of marketing forecast, growth analysis, traffic estimation, etc.
Ability to segment audiences and build funnels/reports/dashboards to reach customers
at various stages of their journey.
In-depth experience with Marketing Automations, CRM systems, Project Management tools, performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical skills.
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Marin Software, Google DoubleClick,
Adwords/Bing Ads advanced bidding tools) will be an advantage.
