Job Description
- Hands-on experience with conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams, marketing, UX, and working on its execution
- Own and manage assigned projects; keeps stakeholders informed of developments, delivers on deadlines, and checks in with mentor in case of bumps
- Build pixel-perfect and responsive designs/ prototypes for websites and campaign pages that follow brand attributes
- Articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually
- Pays pragmatic attention to detail and works closely with Front-end Developers to ensure meticulous design translations into the code and see projects through to completion
- Knowledgeable at available technology, user interactions, current industry trends, and design best practices
- Expertise in managing and creation different types of assets for Websites and Advertising purposes, including eBooks, Media Campaigns, Brand Merchandising, etc
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches for the creative campaign wherever required
- Sticking to the design Style guide and thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent team player, to be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to clearly communicate and articulate thoughts
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
