Job Description
Design Kissflow’s alliances strategy in acquiring new partnerships which are mutually beneficial for expanding Kissflow’s product ecosystem with technology companies including OEM, ISVs, SI’s, and solution companies.
Be the central point of contact and advocacy at Kissflow, orchestrating the benefits of technology partner programs across the various departments: product, content, marketing, and sales
Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand use cases and feedback regarding new or existing technology partnerships
Manage and evolve the creation of demonstration uses cases and proof of concept benchmarking environments with Technology/SI partners
Facilitate meaningful relationships between Kissflow and technology partner business teams
Identify new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with partners
Define and agree on business targets with partners
Ensure successful execution of joint marketing and sales acceleration programs, with a drive for measurable outcomes and revenue yield
Ensure the sales strategy meets market and business needs and is being leveraged to its fullest extent with their existing customer relationships
Drive and foster a customer first culture and ensure that efforts are prioritized to ensure the customer experience is at the heart of everything we are doing
Ability to travel globally for events and partner roadshows is a must
Requirements:
10 years of experience preferably within an Alliances/Partnership role
Experience driving partner go to market campaigns that include cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and partners
Experience owning, driving, and managing partnerships against monthly-quarterly targets
Skilled in negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective partners
Solution Seller: Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship building consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
Ability to use Kissflow and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
A high-level level understanding of Kissflow and the technical architecture is critical to understanding technical fit and opportunities for technology partnership
