Employer Branding & Communication Specialist

Job Description

The Employer Branding & Communication Specialist at Kissflow will create, develop & execute campaigns that will accelerate the growth of our external brand and drive results against candidate pipeline & inbound hiring. She/he will also be instrumental in shaping employee perceptions of the Kissflow brand through a range of activities.

Key responsibilities:

Effectively communicate our employer value proposition in an authentic way, through employee storytelling, accolades, and editorial content.

Enable internal teams to be Talent Brand Ambassadors through content, training and best practices.

Create thought leadership content and distribute among key talent pools using earned & owned media.

Identify awards & accolades and manage submissions & amplification.

Conceptualise and aid in executing unique programs that will help shape employee perceptions of the Kissflow brand.

Technical skills:

Excellent project management, organizational and communications skills

Understanding of paid, owned and earned media strategies and best practices

Integrated communication campaign planning expertise, with accountability for results
