To create and execute initiatives, processes, and policies that enable people to do their best work consistently as the organization scales. To do this through the levers of performance management, learning, and engagement through practices that bring in high performance, commitment, and a sense of joy to the individual allowing them to take ownership of the critical aspects of their work.
In-depth research to be aware of, understand, and present the best practices w.r.t building culture, setting policies and processes. Be up to date with the latest happenings/ideas in the People Operations space (including Remote work). Should have a deep passion for the subject area.
Conceptualize insightful reports, frameworks, and processes to ensure all stakeholders derive significant value from the performance management systems. Work to provide actionable insights to all users and not just management.
Create new ways that ensure that the culture/core values of KF are internalized and lived out by the employees in every critical facet of their work. These initiatives should also be well thought out, scalable, repeatable and constantly improved upon (not one-off or standardized).
Partner with individuals at all levels to create and run initiatives through a cohort of passionate and talented individuals. These initiatives can be around CSR, learning, fitness, hobbies to bring the KF community together. Ownership will be transferred to the employees for as many of the people initiatives as possible.
Be able to work independently with the ability to seek help, deliver results, and partner with the right people proactively. Be willing to be hands-on in the execution of ideas, move quickly from failures and keep innovating to achieve the KF’s people vision
