Partner Sales Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Be accountable for the attainment of new customer acquisition targets with channel partners

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them and leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel

Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and fulfills partner needs on an ongoing basis

Maintain CRM discipline. Ensure forecast accuracy by managing the sales pipeline

Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

Can articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy & goals for the channel partners

Requirements:

2 – 4 years of proven software sales experience preferably SAAS based solutions

Experience at handling multiple geo’s

Willing to work in flexible time zone

Possess formal sales experience in solution selling and executing complex sales cycles to CXOs

Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding quotas
